After an international career as a management consultant, Dearbhalla now focuses on helping organisations to retain and grow their female talent. Working with individuals on in group diversity programmes, Dearbhalla helps women navigate their career through the sometimes hard phase. John holds an Advanced Certificate in Psychological Coaching and is an Accredited Executive Coach with the Association of Coaching. His particular focus is on leadership, emotional intelligence and resilience coaching. Often found watching sport, reading books and hiking up mountains – though not all at the same time!
Dina’s fascination with the brain lead her to spend over 20 years studying, training and researching this area. She is now pursuing her doctorate.

The consummate networker, Guy developed “Opening Doors & Building Relationships” as a seminar for top teams. He has led and developed teams in Europe, Asia-Pacific and worked over twenty years in the UAE (1979-1989 and 2004-2016). As the first employee and team leader of Dubai World Trade Centre (“DWTC”), he initiated their Arabic Language institute and The Management Development Centre programmes. In 2006, he founded the Capital Clubs.
Paul Pelletier is a corporate lawyer, executive, author, public speaker and trainer. He specialises in solutions for workplace respect, diversity and inclusion offering a full spectrum of public speaking, training, consulting and coaching. Paul’s work takes him all over the world, but in his spare time, you’ll find him in Serengeti National Park in Tanzania guiding animal photography safaris
Justin Featherstone, MC FRGS
Justin is a leadership consultant and expedition leader. He also is an occasional lecturer on leadership at the Universities of Llubljana and Exeter, where he is a Fellow.
Justin served in the British Army for eighteen years and spent his final two as the head of leadership at Sandhurst. He has led and participated in over thirty overseas expeditions, including time spent living with Cabecar Indians in Costa Rica.
Our team building expert, Lawrence has over 30 years experience in the business environment as a consultant, master facilitator, and soft-skills trainer. Lawrence has worked in the Middle East since 2005 and has delivered training programs for the retail, service, government, hospitality, financial, engineering, and entertainment industries. And he often does all this whilst using drums!
Jeanne-Marie is a leadership coach and talent management expert with more than 20 years of experience working within several highly regarded global companies including Novartis, Dell, Motorola and Al-Futtaim Group. Jeanne-Marie has been described as an insightful, trusted advisor with a strong bias for getting results. She enjoys hitting the golf ball around the desert in her spare time.

After holding senior management roles in the UK and Australia, Jane has spent the last 10 years working on executive coaching assignments and facilitating workshops. Jane enhances her clients coaching experience with a direct but empathic approach whether coaching one-to-one or working with teams. Although not interested in cricket Jane does fulfil the Australian stereotype by spending as much time as possible on the beach.
Susan is a certified facilitator who has spent her 35-year career in executive roles with leading organizations in Canada and the Middle East; and has worked with clients around the world. Her passion is helping organizations—in particular the leaders—to be the best versions of themselves. She does this by skilfully combining business acumen with leadership development, training and coaching, supported by a foundation of cultural competence. Susan is passionate about travel and has stories to tell from having visited every continent in this wonderful world.
Mohammad Safi is the Financial Controller for PDSi. Although he worked as a trainer on Accounting Software for a short time, his real career has been providing information to management to help them focus on the right things.
