Muhra is an experienced HR professional, having headed HR departments at leading public and private organisations in the UAE, as well as senior consultancy positions. After 5 years of working for a training provider, preparing and delivering training programmes, she joined HAAD Health Authority Abu Dhabi where she supported the recruitment and evaluation of thousands of health professionals serving the public health system of Abu Dhabi. From there she moved to DAMAN National Health Insurance Company, and helped set up the HR Department that served +1500 employees scattered in several branches around the UAE, eventually becoming the HR Director. Since, she has held positions with FANR Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation and Etihad Rail DB. She has a Masters degree in Human Resources Management. She now has the education and the experience to share with all those wanting to understand as well as implement HR tools to achieve objectives, and specialises in areas including HR planning and process, Emiratisation initiatives, employee relations, hiring and selection, succession planning and restructure and competency frameworks.
